The historic April 1997 original Broadway premiere opening night performance of Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse’s 'Jekyll & Hyde' launched a monumental run at the Plymouth Theatre, running for an astonishing 1,543 performances. Conceived as a grand-scale, entirely through-sung gothic pop-opera spectacular, the narrative follows a brilliant scientist wrestling with hidden dualities and chemical madness, scored to multi-platinum standards like "This Is the Moment." Directed by Robin Phillips, this opening-night tracking records the definitive premiere performances of Robert Cuccioli in his Tony-nominated tour-de-force dual role alongside Linda Eder.
