This authentic Broadway poster documents the short-lived 1968 musical I’m Solomon, which opened at the Mark Hellinger Theatre. Featuring a book and lyrics by Anne Croswell and Dan Almagor, music by Ernest Gold, and direction by Michael Benthall, the production starred Dick Shawn in the dual lead roles of King Solomon and Yoni. The cast also featured Karen Morrow and Carmen Matthews with a cast of 60. Designed for theater historians, short-run Broadway collectors, and vintage ephemera enthusiasts, this scarce artifact captures a notable mid-century musical artifact from its brief New York engagement.
