The legendary and catastrophic 1989 musical property 'Annie 2: Miss Hannigan's Revenge' infamously collapsed and closed during its out-of-town tryout at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., never reaching its planned Broadway debut. Reunited the original *Annie* creative triumvirate of Charles Strouse, Martin Charnin, and Thomas Meehan, the ill-fated sequel focused on the villainous Miss Hannigan escaping from prison and plotting a complex deception to disguise herself as a wealthy lady to marry Oliver Warbucks and foil Annie. Starring Dorothy Loudon reprising her iconic role, this item remains an essential rarity for stage historians.
