Conceived as a revolutionary, high-art symphonic pastiche, the production beautifully reimagined over two dozen of Stephen Sondheim’s legendary musical theater compositions through a series of lush, jazz arrangements scored directly by trumpet virtuoso Wynton Marsalis.
